Ax DEL1 Oy’s new name as of 12 March 2018 is Delete Group Oyj. In addition to the name registration the company becomes a public limited company. On the same date the former Delete Group Oy, a subsidiary to AxDEL 1 Oy, registers its new name Delete Oy. The new Group Structure is enclosed.

On 28 April 2017, Delete acquired the business operations of Timanttiurakointi Hernesniemi Oy, Mäkelän Timanttiporaus Oy and Ykköspurku Oy. With these corporate acquisitions, Delete will strengthen its position in the demolition market, especially in the Pirkanmaa region where the outlook for construction is positive and growing.
Delete has placed its inaugural bond issue of EUR 85m
