A display just for you
The user interface of the Delete app is customised to meet your specific needs. Using the app, it’s easy to check how your projects are proceeding. In addition to the overall display of projects, the application can also be customised to show, for example, the tasks related to the cleaning of a specific boiler in an industrial plant, or all the orders for the entire plant or property. And the application also shows your complete order history.
The Delete app makes life easier for our customers
Placing orders or requesting an offer through the app is no trouble at all. By enabling push notifications in the app, you will immediately receive information on the status of your order (status) and on its completion. The app uses location data to make ordering and requests as convenient as possible. By enabling sharing of location data, the app will use your location as you’re placing the order or request. In this way there’s no need for you to separately provide the location details for the work site. Attaching pictures of the site is simple too.
While we’re processing on your order, through the Delete app you can keep up to date on happenings at Delete, and can for instance watch videos about other sites we work on.
How do I get the app?
The Delete mobile application is available from the App Store (iOS) or from the Play store (Android) by typing in Delete Finland. Once you’ve downloaded the app, click ”Order used ID”, and then you’ll receive instruction on how to proceed.
Why use the app?
“Using the app, placing orders and invitations for bids is as easy as can be,” says Delete’s Director of Sales and Marketing Petri Uomala. “The order is placed using the locating information and the picture-attachment options. We will identify you and your customer details, and you will be kept informed throughout the entire process of the status of your order. What’s more, you’ll be able to see your entire order history easily.”
The Delete app is intended as a new mobile business channel that makes our customers’ everyday business easier and provides an even better experience.
