Delete, a leading environmental full-service provider, has acquired the industrial cleaning and sewer service companies: Uudenmaan Erikoispuhdistus Oy, T&K Karppanen Oy and Kaivopumppu M Kulmala Oy with its subsidiaries. The seller is Porvoon Huoltomiehet Oy. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen Delete’s position as the leading provider of environmental services in the Nordic countries.

As a result of over 30 successful acquisitions and organic growth in Finland and Sweden, Delete is currently the leading provider of environmental services. The concluded acquisition is one of the largest acquisitions supporting the industrial cleaning services in Delete’s history. With the acquisition, Delete gains an addition of 120 professionals in the field of industrial cleaning and sewer services. The estimated total net sales of the acquired companies for 2017 is close to EUR 20 million with healthy profitability.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the acquisition price.

Uudenmaan Erikoispuhdistus Oy and T&K Karppanen Oy, specifically, contribute to Delete’s offering in the field of industrial cleaning, which is extended and strengthened by the acquisition.

Kaivopumppu M Kulmala Oy operates in the Pirkanmaa region and, in addition to securing Delete with a regional stronghold in providing sewer services in an area where the outlook for construction is positive and growing, the acquisition includes an extensive fleet of machinery and equipment and a range of skills and experience in sewer services.

Planning of the operative and integration procedures has been initiated, and the integration process will result in the integration of the acquired companies into Delete.
