The name and business entity changes are related to the issuance of the EUR 85 million senior secured bond Delete issued on 7 April 2017. The bond will be listed in April 2018 on Nasdaq Helsinki.<\/p>\n

A listing prospectus will be prepared for this purpose in accordance with the EU Prospectus Directive and the Finnish Securities Market Act. Further, according to the terms and conditions of the bond, Delete will start to report publicly its quarterly and annual financial statements following the listing of the bond. Before listing the bond, Delete will report its quarterly financials on Delete investor site: www.deletegroup.fi\/en.<\/p>\n
