Any invoices sent with insufficient information must unfortunately be returned to the sender for supplementary information. The minimum term of payment is 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>The representatives of DELETE have been instructed to deliver the necessary invoicing details to our partners in connection with the order. Please ensure not to use other special characters for naming attachments!<\/li>\n<li>Invoices should be sent from an email account to which you can receive possible error messages.<\/li>\n<li>The responsibility for investigating error situations is primarily by the sender of the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Reverse charge in value added taxation in the construction sector<\/h3>\n<p>The reverse charge in value added taxation is applied to construction services sold in Finland (or leasing workforce for construction services) if the buyer is an enterpriser whose operations include selling construction services more than occasionally. The reverse charge in value added taxation is applied to DELETE Finland as a buyer.<\/p>\n<p>When, as a seller, you send an invoice to DELETE Finland, you should mark the following in your invoices with reverse charge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VAT ID of your company<\/li>\n<li>DELETE Finland Ltd\u2019s VAT ID FI10755212<\/li>\n<li>the marking \u201cEi lis\u00e4tty\u00e4 arvonlis\u00e4veroa, ostajan k\u00e4\u00e4nnetty arvonlis\u00e4verovelvollisuus (AVL 8c \u00a7)\u201d (\u201cInvoice does not contain VAT.
